If you have a specific field example and you have followed the instructions above but it is still showing, please tell us what field for which CPT, and provide login URL and WP Admin credentials and we can check it out.

Then you will need to either

Use custom CSS to hide the field label

OR

with GDV2 you can remove the field from the “Show in extra locations” and then place it instead with the GD Post Meta element, using only the “value” option.

With GDV2 you will need to use the GD Post Meta Widget instead of Output Location to gain control of the icon and field label.
