Looks like one of my admins clicked update all and did not upgrade to V2 properly, and now If GeoDirectory is active, I get a 500 error.
We’re self hosted. Where do I have out IT start looking?

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your post. Please make sure that you’ve installed the correct versions as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#version

    Thanks for the reply.
Downloaded and installed (manually) version 2.0.0.49
    Activated and still 500.
Also updated that to 2.0.0.55 which didn’t help.
I’m not getting the conversion tool, so I assume that was already run.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your reply. Could you share your WP and FTP access here in private reply so that we could fix this for you?

This is what you do for a 500
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#500

You turn on WP debug display, see what plugin is causing the error, and change the name of the folder of that plugin via FTP.

That should immediately resolve the error so you can login again and do other things, like download a fresh copy of whatever plugin was messed up and try again. Rinse repeat.

When I check the site I get a sonicwall block. Dramatic!
