    Hey,

    at past I translated GeoDirectory into German, and since version 2, a lot of new stuff has been translated.

    Where do I find these new English texts that I have to translate?

    Hello,

    thanks for the tips, finally I have managed to translate over 3000 lines.

    But now I have seen that I still need to translate the plugins or add ons, I’m going there after the same procedure?
    How Here?:

    As Example, i navigate in FTP to /wp-content/plugins/geodir_advance_search_fulters/languages/ and download the US po. and mo. file.

    Than i navigate to /wp-content/languages/plugins/ and download here the DE .po and .mo file too.

    Than From the PoEdit menu, click Catalogue and then Update from POT file and i begin with translate again?

    Is that correct?

    Hi,

    i have translate Geo Social Importer and uploaded. Thats not Work, but i see in Poedit, the same Englisch text how in version 2, but the translate in german will not show.

    i have load the old german po und mo file und load from ftp the new englisch us.po und .mo from social importer. and i have than from the PoEdit menu, click Catalogue and then Update from POT file and select the englisch .po from social importer, than i see the new rows I have to translate. i have do it and uploaded it.

    but thats not works

    Please share WP Admin and FTP credentials so we can check the location of the translations.

    New language files ship with the plugins in the language directory. You should always be able to merge files again, if needed, to catch updated/new strings.

    It looks like you did not do step 5 of https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/#updating

    I placed the old GD search files in /wp-content/languages/plugins/AAA and uploaded the new ones to /wp-content/languages/plugins/

    Same for the GD Social Importer.

    Review the new files, and if you still have problems with any strings, please give us exact details of what is not working for you.
