    Hello, Team

    Could you help me, please, to fix the following translation issue.
    The translation of some words or phrases are not displayed on the site. Whatever I do (delete the existing transtation and create a new one template, use Loco translate or PoEdit) the result is the same: I can see them only in English while in .po and .mo files they have been translated in Russian. Please, see the attached files.

    Did you put the files in the correct folder:
    /wp-content/languages/plugins/ ?

    We will need FTP and WP admin details if we need to check your settings.

    You have a lot of errors in the language files, please review them.
    I turned off Loco for now, you should only use PoEdit for best results.

    I tryed to correct all errors in the language files using PoEdit, but nothing changed

    Yes, I am using the file krdmama.ru/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-ru_RU.po
    But some words and phrases that have been already translated in Russian, are still displayed in English.

    Did you upload the changes? The files have not changed since when I looked at it as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/translation-issue-4/#post-495424
    There are no changes in those 2 files:
    krdmama.ru/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-ru_RU.po
    krdmama.ru/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-ru_RU.mo

    Yesterday I corrected all translation files and reuploded them. Some of them hasn’t been in the correct place and I moved them to krdmama.ru/wp-content/languages/plugins/… according your instruction in documentation.
    I just uploaded krdmama.ru/wp-content/languages/plugins/geodirectory-ru_RU.po file again. Nothing changed.

    Hello nathalie,

    Translation issue has been fixed.

    Strings mentioned in screenshot one is coming from theme “/wp-content/themes/YOUR-THEME/geodirectory/reviews.php” and it has used ‘listimia’ textdomain.
    Those strings should be translated via theme .po file if it uses theme textdomain OR it should use geodirectory textdomain because in plugin those strings are already translated.

    To fix this i have changed textdomain listimia to geodirectory in file “/wp-content/themes/YOUR-THEME/geodirectory/reviews.php”, now those strings are translated.

    Thank you very much for your help!
    But I also have some words in Profile page, that I am not able to translate as well (please, see attachment). I guess, the problem is similar as these words are translated everywhere in all addons. I kindly ask you to help me to fix it too

    Those strings are from GD BuddyPress plugin. Please translate strings within that plugin via file \plugins\geodir_buddypress\languages\geodir_buddypress-en_US.po
