for now to me it seems cache issue. because there are scripts that has not been refreshed from 2019.The cache only apply for non logged user most of the time.

It seems several addons are not upto date.

It even showing update notice. Its a know issue. I will check it.I saw the JS error that is related to rankmath plugin conflict.
Instant IDE will not work as if during debugging site goes down. I will not have any way to recover it.
so if you can send FTP or Cpanel details. It will be helpful.Thanks
