Hey. that’s great – The missing piece, that it was the archive!
I appreciate your help!
LanaNope.. it’s not there the one I’m currently using is “find-a-teacher” – but the page “find-a-yoga-teacher” doesn’t seem to exist, I assume that GD is making it ?
I updated Avada yesterday before I posted this 🙂 it’s now the current version
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Alex,
I’ll look into updating Avada – it’s a major update though, and I’m worried about breaking things!in the mean time! thank you so much for adding the Claim Widget to the tabs… And for showing me how to do it !
I’ll keep working, I may be opening a new thread – as my next question is how to make it easier for people to edit their listing – currently when people sign in, they’re taken back to the main page and have to navigate back to their listing, I’m receiving complaints 🙂
thanks again!
LanaThis reply has been marked as private.Hi there,
So I’ve tried using the widget – but I’m still getting no button allowing people to claim a listing as theirs.
There doesn’t seem to be a widget-field on the details page of each listing though, so this is probably it – but how to add one? sorry, I’m just getting confused, this used to be an option before V2 and i’ve got people angry at me that it’s not there any more.-5t
Thanks Alex, I’ll give it another read and see if I can do it !
So I *do* have to buy another module now – to get something I bought the first module for in the first place?
Thanks Alex!
all fixed – I had no idea where to look for that!

oops.. ok.. fixed it,
I changed the default sidebar on the Theme Options page changing Blog Archive/Category sidebar
thanks anyway 🙂
hi Alex,
So I finally updated to V2 – what I did is restrict the map to showing the country United Kingdom and set the zoom at a certain amount – is that what you meant? or is there some other way
thanks
-5t.Question: could I, for example, have a different page with a map that ONLY showed the distant locations – and have them not appear at all on the main map?
question: could I group listings into regions?? so people could choose “usa listings” or “uk listings” or even “scotland listings”??
just trying to find a way to make this work
I tried going to GD>Design>Map and selecting a new category I made “distant location” – for California and Turkey – I was lead to believe that this would not show those this category if I selected that category in the two places as in my screen shots attached.. but no joy.. it took that category off the list on the right, but not off the actual map? I even made “distant location” the default category
Right now I have the map zoomed so you can at least tell there’s loads of listings in the uk.. but it’s still not idea
Fantastic, yes.. that was the problem there was an invisible space before and after ! now it all works well, thanks so much!
