I would prefer to have something that fires out at the same time as the “listing published” email – is it possible to add the listing email to the “listing published” email template?
I’m still having this issue on the add listing form specifically so I just switched to the v2 invisible and it seems to be working normally now.
Hey Alex I think you misunderstand – setting the address (including clicking that button) is not updating the timezone offset. It’s staying at +0 no matter what I do
I’m not sure – it’s not happening every single time but just now it happened and I was logged in as myself and clicked the “add your favorite shop” button, tried to add a listing and got the error message until I refreshed the page.
The documentation for the V2 social importer addon needs to be updated then. It only includes information on checking the box and does not explain how to get anything else to work.
I know the UTC offset should be the timezone – my concern is that below the store hours section and above the offset is this block of text:
“Timezone offset from UTC (not including daylight savings time This is set automatically when address is set)”
However, when I set the address for the listing the offset is not updating to match the location’s timezone and stays at +0 which means the store hours are wrong on the listing’s page unless the owner notices and fixes it (but to be honest UTC offset is not a very commonly known or used thing at least here in the US so I suspect this is going to cause a fair amount of confusion with my users)
Also I’m not sure if this is an issue with the social importer or claim listings but the UTC offset is not updating on shop hours when the location is set on the add a listing page.

Since we’re adding this all to the same ticket I’m also unable to connect with the Ayecode Connect – it says “We could not connect your website. Please try again later.”
Ok thanks Alex – will do!
