I didn’t have any widgets active on listing-preview page, so decided to try turning off widget logic plugin on that page – tracked down Plugin Load Filter and that did the job – preview now working. Might have been better with specific code, but I have a feeling this plugin might come in handy.
As a matter of interest, do you think it would be straightforward to code this directly with code snippets? (saw an example of writing a MU-plugin (must-use) that needed to go into a special folder on the installation, but beyond me at the moment: https://kinsta.com/blog/disable-wordpress-plugins/)Thanks Stiofan,
are you able to offer any help in diagnosing this? I spent a lot of time last week faffing around trying to see if it was a problem with my computer and/or caching as a result of being told incorrectly (Twice!) that it was working fine (see above), and after having been explicit about the problem with no visible preview, even showing screen-shot! (and Widget Logic is a recommended plugin for GD) .
I don’t have any widget logic settings for the listing preview page, so an not sure about this anyway.

it is over a week since I posted this problem (no listings preview – hence no adding listings for non-admin users) – and a few days since any activity – any update?

I just tried from another computer and another user account on my website – same problem.
Please try again – are you sure you actually checked the listing preview (which keeps coming up blank for me) rather than just pressing sumbit – which loads the listing fine? A real user will actually check at the listing review stage.

as I mentioned, I am getting address info/map location in to Add Listing page OK now. It is when I hit Preview Listing that I have issues: blank preview. If you got the listing in ok via preview then it must be browser issue for me (and I am relieved that nothing is barring listings being added by others!) I will investigate my end.

Hi Stiofan,
I type details of a new listing in the Add Listing page at front-end of website. This brings up map location fine. When I click to preview listing I get blank listing page – see image in previous message. This happens now when I try adding a uk listing too. Because I haven’t tried adding a listing for a while I don’t know when this problem started.
I was curious as to how Alex added the test listings – maybe through back end? If through front end then it is peculiar that I cannot add listings now, and will have to think about the implications and how to diagnose the issue.

I can’t add any listings – even in the UK – due to this problem!
I would appreciate a look at it. In the meantime I will be working on the site removing Buddypress and bbpress functionality – in case you notice changes happening to the site!
