I’m sorry I don’t understand what user switching plugin you are speaking to?
Also when we try to log back in at the wordpress login screen it will often take us to the front end gd-login page

This reply has been marked as private.We have reinstalled curl on the server and we are getting the same problem when trying to put through an order with authorize.net.
Please note once again we have turned off authorize.net to minimize this error being seen by customers. You can turn it on for testing and figuring out what is wrong.
It isn’t PayPal that is not working, it is authorize.net that errors. This is the option we want to be using and it will not go through.
We have tested with Chrome and Internet explorer on 4 computers. Also our clients are having the same issue and they run on different systems.
Can you tell us why we need curl? is it required for payments to work? We had them working before we logged the ticket without it so I’m curious.
I would like to recommend that we set up a call and do a screen share so that you can see what is happening when we put in a client payment. If you can share 2-3 times that would work and we can set that up with our tech girl Melanie.
I just ran through this with a new client “Airdrie & District Hospice Society” if that helps you look up the log
Steps we are taking
1. Go to Airdrieexchange.com
2. click on explore and “add directory listing”
3. complete the registration form and click submit listing
4. Complete payment page and click proceed to payWe get a message that says “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”

Okay. On our side it just ran and ran, in fact it is still running now.

We want this as easy as possible for customers to edit. Would be best if there was a link in their dashboard.
