Try replacing the & symbol with “&”

By default gd_categories is set to display max 6 in Supreme.

You can customize that on line 590 of /wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/inc/geodirectory-compatibility.php

You should checkout the Custom Post Types addon in your account. That allows you to make different post types for each entity, so that each one has different fields and categories.

BP requires users to activate their account by responding to an email. Many directory owners want signup to be as easy and quick as possible.

GDV1 has a setting to untick some categories on the home page map:
