Hello,
there is not a function for that in GDV1. You can advise your users in the field label to use a particular image size, at least. You can translate the plugin and change that text to suit you.
To set the featured image for the featured area, edit the page and add the featured image.

Choose among the templates. Edit the page and see the section “Page Template” and try those options to see which one meets your needs.

You want the post_status column. Set one of your listings to draft or whatever status you need and export again to see how to edit the sheet.
GD now uses Fonawesome JS SVG and custom CSS will need to be updated.

RE Sidebars, the additional sidebar settings on the page are not in the actual page template. GD uses the page template to render GD pages and with it any sidebar declared inside or loaded via hook in the template itself. You can create additional templates or borrow them from GD themes. I have flagged your topic for the developers who can say more about blocks and if there is a workaround for your theme template and menus.
These are built in features of the theme; we do not recommend customizing them because they will be overwritten in updates. We do not perform customizations in the forum.

Archive urls on listing page
Choose how the location should be added to the archive URLs on the listing page.
Try setting that to ‘disable’
