The CPT select will match the CPT type, but I do not think that is the case for the category select.
I will flag your question for the developers to ask them if there is a workaround for that.

The options at GD – Design – Detail may not be helpful because it hides the reviews tab for all listing types.

FB has changed their policies. You probably need to submit your app for review. We are unable to effect a fix for the review process, and are waiting for FB to allow apps the same functionality again.

Many members have found that changing the default text of the forms to be very helpful in directing users. You can do that by translating the plugin language files using POEdit.

We are unable to fix the problem in other themes, the authors will need to review the article and their options around upgrading their own version of FA.
See if LM restores the Locations tab functionality.
