I have not seen that before. You are using OSM there, I can see. It looks like a communication error, perhaps the remote API was not available.

the way GeoDirectory works by default is
Add listing
Enter address
Click set on map
Map marker is automatically movedWhen the set on map button is pressed, the address is sent to the map provider for a lat lon lookup, which is used to position the marker on the map.
GeoDirectory itself is not ‘in charge’ f the lat lon data that comes back from the map geolocation API of your choice (OSM or Google). Instead, those services supply the lat lon.
If the lat lon is not exactly as you want, then the map marker must be repositioned manually. By default, when the marker is moved, the address is updated.
If you want to manually reposition the marker without updating the address, then choose the option
GeoDirectory – Multilocations – ADD LISTING FORM SETTINGS – Disable move map pin from changing address fields
