Refer to the Fastest Cache docs on how to delete the old cache files and folders.
You can safely delete those files using FTP

When looking at the listings there does not seem to be an issue with the actual image, with Smush and WP Fastest Cache disabled, so the next place to look is the host.
Try to contact the host and ask them how to disable all cache.
Please check with your host about server side cache or optimizations that they might be performing.
On some hosts there is a Varnish setting that can be problematic.
Something is changing the query string.
Please also provide FTP to allow us to diagnose further.
Please share ftp. The image issue is a 500 error, and we will need ftp to check on it.
Thanks
1. Whitespace – Th screenshot look like you are pointing out the area to the right of the page/section titles. That is how the theme is setup, to have a background color in the section that also doubles as the color behind the section title. How do you see the whitespace changing? Did you want to change the color of the whole section? That can be adjusted in the theme options (not the customizer).
2. Theme options – yes, the Theme options should be used to save the changes.
Other background color options may be used for widgets, or also custom css:
.geodir-cat-list { background: #000; }3. Menu placement – GDF Modern does not have a header menu option like Supreme, that would be a customization.
4. Listing Descriptions – Here is custom CSS to hide the descriptions in that widget:
#gd-sidebar-wrapper section.widget p { display: none !important; }Hello,

Hello,
check out this page for descriptions of the shortcodes used in the default page templates:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/templates/The comprehensive list of all shortcodes is available through the builder itself.
Shortcodes from each addon are covered on the addon doc page.
You can try the FB debugger, which will give you a link to the community standards.
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?ref=u2u
We aren’t involved in the internal aspects of Facebook’s standards and reviews s we can’t change the outcome there, but reviewing the community standards may give you some idea about how to meet them.
Excellent! 🙂
Inside the GeoDirectory settings for Advanced Search you can turn off the autocomplete. That will keep the dropdowns from appearing.
Maps center on the search results or the listings shown on the page. Do you have ‘autooom’ checked? Make sure to check that in the widget options.

Thanks for writing in with your question.
It looks to me like the Pippa listing is not IN Petersfield, but a location nearby Petersfield.
If the “Petersfield (City)” is selected from the dropdown, then an IN searh will be performed, showing only results that are IN Petersfield.
If the dropdown location is not selected, but instead just “Petersefield” is entered as shown in the screenshots, then a search NEAR Petersfield is performed, then the Pippa listing shows.
You can read more about this on the GD Search page:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
If you want to direct users to a few big cities, it is possible to merge locations inside the location manager, but this requires ongoing curation of listings and locations.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/
Even if all the packages are free users still need to register to add or claim a listing.
Later on you can decide how you want to entice them to upgrade to a package that is not free.
Usually the free package shows fewer fields, or only the description and name of the business.
