Which category on the home page?
Can you send a screenshot of the link, and the URL of the page, please?
Because you have set your front page to Milan, a location page, all links on the page will be for Milarn, so there must be listings for each category and each CPT in Milan.

The yyyy/mm/dd format is used through the Pricing Manager and other GD Addons. To change that format throughout the system will require changes throughout the Pricing Manager addon and perhaps other addons, too, including WP invoicing. You can start with the Pricing Manager addon files, certainly.
I am unable to test that on your site because I cannot add a new listing because your Google API key has not yet been setup with billing:
You need to add your billing option to the Google Map API project, see https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/directions/usage-and-billing
and https://wpgeodirectory.com/google-maps-platform-changes-directory-developers/Please update your API key, first.
Then reply here with FTP details so we can do some further debugging. There seems to be a plugin conflict on your site resulting in the author field being hidden on listings.
Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

You can turn it off by editing your pricing packages and at the bottom of each one, disable linking to other post types.
