Hello,
Any of the following issues can cause a problem for viewing the CPT and listings on the Home map.
in the settings for each CPT’s custom fields, make sure that Category is not set to optional.
– This was the problem for Youth.make sure each listing has a category assigned. If a category is missing, on any given listing, then map may fail for all/each CPTs. Category is required.
– some organizations are missing a category
– most playgrounds are missing a categoryIt imported OK for me. It is probably the program you are using. Excel perhaps?
I got one error, 1 / 59 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).
So take a look at those columns and make sure they are all populated.
About the search, you could try customizing the search widget:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/Hi Ann,
There isn’t a setting to switch that to a dropdown.
There is another feature called the Location Switcher that does work like that.
1. Editing OSM is great! Piece of cake through the browser.
3. No, but you could see if you can sign up for alerts or notifications from Google platform, so you know when a quote has been exceeded.
3 is something that has been discussed for V2 but for later releases.
With custom post types, the listings will be easy.
social clubs and care homes
slug – social-clubs – mysite.com/social-clubs (lists all social clubs)
slug – care-homes – myite.com/care-home (lists all care homes)That is the way GD is setup to work automatically.
Once you get that setup, see what else you are missing and write back and let us know how we can help.
Hello,
do you already have your site setup?
You will need tomake a customization to achieve that, probably.
I would recommend you checkout this thread for a snippet to hide a CPT from the CPT dropdown in the searchbar.
Though you are using categories, moving into two CPTs would keep the two separate an ensure that they don’t mix on any given location or other page.

Make sure every listing has a category assigned.
Category is a required field.Hello,
please share the URL and we will take a look.
Hey great!
Sorry if I misunderstood your request.Do write back if you have more questions.
Thanks

https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/cant-search-chinese-in-my-web/page/2/#post-441637The snippet will redirect any GD related login links to the URLs you add into the snippet.
This snippet is used by any members who are using a Member manager, just like what you are doing.
Then you would leave the GD login setting as it is, pointing to a dedicated GD Login page,
then use the login and registration snippets.
You will need to addin the URLs for your registration and login pages inside the snippets.
Code snippets can be added with the Code Snippets plugin:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#snippets
Copy and paste the snippet (carefully, from the popup)
Edit the URL
Save, test, done. The average is calculated from the ‘overall’ for each individual listing.
Is that what you are asking?
Can you share a review URL and tell us what you see as the problem there?
