Thanks for taking a look.
The developers will need to take a look.
Please share FTP in case they need it for debugging.

March 4, 2020 at 3:04 pm in reply to: Removal of places category text from listing detail page #533529That is coming from GD Single Taxonomy. Try removing it from the GD Details page template.
The GD Output Locations for Linked Post field for location=”listings” will output in a format similar to that. Give it a try and let us know.
You have used the Elementor Page Builder on the GD Details template. Unfortunately that will not work.
As you do not have pro installed, you will not be able to use Elementor except on the Location and GD Archive Item templates/page.
Instead try using the default WP Page GD Details template.
You can use the Pricing Manager addon to setup a package for posting an event with a one off charge, yes.

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/So, the issue is what, exactly?
You want the top map to be half width? And using a special block?
To clarify, it is setup the way you want, but, you are saying the map at the top should be half-width?
I know that it will be based on the package settings at the time the package was applied. I will ask the developers if they can clarify what will happen since you want to re-apply those settings now with a different downgrade option.
Oh, well, you have not added the gd_add_listing shortcode to the GD Add Listing page.
There can be only one GD Add Listing page because it is used for all edits and upgrades.
Add the shortcode and it should work fine.
That is no longer the case, adding fields to search works fine now, because the plugins are up to date.
Multiselect fields are not compatible with sorting. For sorting a range of one type or another is needed. You can try a select field type instead?
March 4, 2020 at 2:28 pm in reply to: The location map is not displaying under add locations #533517Hello,
there are a lot of JS errors on the page. The map API is loading but not able to display because of the errors.
Can you try switching theme and disabling non-GD plugins to see if it makes the error go away.

I will ask the developers to check on your idea.
Thanks for your patience while they look into it.
Please share site credentials and we will look into the issue

For GD Post Claim, please review the doc:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/

2. Make sure both fields are included in the price package and active
3. Add a listing, make sure NOT to check is claimed
4. Add the widget GD Post Claim to the details page sidebar
