As Kor mentioned, it is a WP email, so you can contact the email plugin author about how to improve it.
Hello!
There is an error in the snippet 🙁
Try changing
geodir_event_show_shedule_date()to
geodir_event_show_schedule_date()Let us know how it goes
You can try removing all the line returns.
ex. instead of

try

Hello,
I have flagged the issue for the developers.
I checked on the site and I cannot see the issue, but I have seen what you are talking about before, when the form field does not render as expected, as shown in the image you attached above.
Do you have a backup of the site that will show the issue, or know how to recreate it again?
The developers will give us an update here.
Best practice is to add your custom fields and categories, then add some dummy data, then export the listings to get a CSV that is formatted correctly. Then merge your data into that CSV and import it.
Hello,
please check the setting at:
GeoDirectory – Design – Detail – Exclude selected tabs from detail page
Make sure you haven’t hidden the more info tab there.
It is also possible it has been renamed? You can check that in the CPT advanced settings.
If those don’t do it for you, please write back in a private reply with admin details if we need to check the settings.
Yes, the Custom Post Type Addon:

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/custom-post-types-add-on-overview/Please share the URL where we can see the issue as well as posting your snippet here so we can take a look.
Normally we can’t help with customizations here in the forum but we will take a look to see if there is a quick fix
Hello,
there aren’t any settings for it. In some cases the plugin WIdget Logic can hide widgets on certain pages.
For a layout adjustment a designer would normally use CSS to do things like that, but I am sure there is a plugin for it, too.
You can contact a designer here: http://geodirectoryexperts.com
You can also send the URL and tell us what you are trying to do and we might be able to advise.
That could be a conflict with the slug name.
Try rechecking all your permalinks settings and re-saving them.
Also make sure you create a category before adding a listing.
You an make a private reply with admin credentials if we need to check the settings.

Unfortunately this is not an issue with the GD plugin. Instead, your app is not being given access to the FB API.
FB changed their app rules this year, and all apps must be submitted for review. This change has had an impact on new and existing apps.
For a larger summary and updated about what we are doing about the changes, please subscribe to this thread: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/social-importer-for-fb-fb-api-access-issue/
