The error message shows when I try to enter any ad, by clicking on the title.
Please send a link to a page where we can see the issue. I was able to click on several listings and saw no issue.
How can I remove the “where?” Field from the search engine and leave only the field “what are you looking for?”
You can try hiding it with custom CSS. Here is an example that your web designer can adjust. This can be added to GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS

All GD Searches are in one CPT at a time, and this is also the case for the maps, that they display one CPT at a time with a switcher between them.

Fill in your options, then select the option to add to advanced search.

Genesis is one of the most popular frameworks, and the child themes need the whole Genesis Framework. Third party themes or plugins are not included in GD memberships.
I have not heard of that, no, but perhaps someone else has heard of it.
From what I understand, though BP is good for a community/social site, it is not specifically for role/membership administration, at least not to the same extent as S2 Member, for example.
It looks like you are redirecting the login/registration page?
Try checking on that. We have a snippet to help with that, looks like you want to send people to /register/ instead of ‘register-2/ ?
You can see it in the chrome inspector console on the member map page.
ctrl-shift-i or right click and choose ‘inspect’, then check the console.

All GeoDirectory price packages are per listing. A membership plugin may get your closer to where you want to go, like S2 member.
For example, a user would use a package to purchase a listing, thereby gaining the role of “Author”. Then you could add a custom menu link to add another listing, and protect that link with a membership plugin so only “authors” that are logged in can see the link.
You can contact a GD Expert here if you need hands-on help setting up something like that with 3rd party plugins.

there is an ajax error on the BP members map that doesn’t seem to be related to GD.
GET http://.../wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=kleo_bp_ajax_call¤t_notifications=0¤t_messages=0 404 (Not Found)You should contact the theme author about that error.
It looks like you have the ability to clone the site. You might consider setup of a stage/test site with FTP for further diagnosis.
I will flag the topic for the developers to take a look as soon as possible. They will let you know if they require FTP to continue with troubleshooting.

So, we have this plugin for situations like this. You install it, and add your key to it, then remove your key from the other settings.
If the other plugin or theme has used the key in “the WP way” then this plugin will load your one key wherever it is needed and resolve a conflict where two plugins are trying to load it at the same time.
Try refreshing the page.
