    Hi

On the home page doesn’t change when a different CPT is selected. Elementor is used to build the homepage. On non-Elementor pages, this works 100%, no problem. (like when a location is selected, it works on those pages).
I have a similar issue with map marker clusters on the homepage.

The listings on the map change when you select another CPT from the ribbon on the bottom of the map.
    Locations are not CPTs.
I cannot see any error on your homepage.
Selecting another CPT in the search is only relevant for the search function.
    Thanks

Hi Guust, sorry. I left out “category” in my initial post.

if you look at the search bar and use the most left drop-down, you will see 2 CPTs, Accommodation and Adventure Tours and Guides. The second from left is the categories within these CPTs, when selecting Adventure Tours and Guides, the categories still display those of Accommodation.

This problem is only on the homepage, if you go to any GD page, it works 100%.

Sorry for the vague description, I took it the heading would semi-explain where the issue is.

    Regards

    Looks like some caching issue.
Can you please post your WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings.

    Thanks

elementor seems to be stripping away a required class of geodir_advance_search_widget and replacing it with elementor-widget-container, u need to add “geodir_advance_search_widget” where that other class is and then it should work.

I have applied the class for you to make the search work.

    Hi Stiofan, thanks.

I thought that if this problem is resolved, the one on the map will also be resolved as I think that it is the same issue?

    Thanks

What is the problem with the map?
Have you added the clustering to the map?

    Hi Guust

Yes, clusters are activated. On the GD pages everything is fine, only on Elementor pages. I have deleted Elementor, even changed the theme. Also ran a scan with Plugin Detective, can’t find the issue.

    Kind Regards

You seem to be editing the page so i cant test fixes for the map, but i think the way to resole it is to use the shortcode and NOT the widget.

    Hi Stiofan

Sorry about that, the client was here the whole day.

I have tried shortcode before and now again, same results.

    Kind regards

I replaced it with a shortcode and it seems to work fine.

    Thanks,

    Hi Stiofan

Thanks a lot. I must admit, I have used the shortcodes with the widget at the same time on the page and saw that if I do that, one is blocked. I have not tried the shortcodes on its own.

Sorry about that, but thank you for your time and effort, much appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Leon
