We also need FTP to debug the issue.
Thanks
FTP info is needed here for the debugging.
I tried the credentials up top but got invalid password.
Please validate them and repost.
Thanks

Great 🙂
OK
GeoDirectory and UsersWP both have settings for the Login page.
Each plugin must use a different login page.
V2 has been changed quite a bit to bypass the issue.
Ask your host to check all sessions settings and to try and write and read a session from the backend.
Please share the page URL so we can check it out and see if we can help with that.
June 27, 2018 at 12:32 pm in reply to: Show login form when guest users click on "send enquiry" in listing detail page #436338Hello,
GeoDirectory doesn’t have a feature for that, but you could try hiding the link to the form when users are not logged in.
That would be with Custom CSS. Try this page to read about how to create custom CSS.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Can you share a link to the page with the send enquiry link?
Check your multilocations to make sure you have enabled multi country/region/city.
Hello,
the login info is giving me error: Invalid username/password
What we were going to check was the settings for comments.
Visit your sites’ WordPress – Settings – Discussion and make sure you have reviewed the settings there. These settings control whether users must be logged in.
Then pick a list where you see that issue, and edit the listing with the backend editor. Check to make sure comments are enabled on the listing/post.
Once you do that, make sure you review your site settings to allow comments by default for all new listings, and then manually set any older listings to allow comments.
Aso, check the GD settings to make sure you have not disabled comments.
Hi George
you can use any theme with GD, but if you want to change the way GD looks you will probably need to create custom CSS.
We have a guide about how to do it, or you could hire a designer or a GD Expert from here: http://geodirectoryexperts.com
Customization guide: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Hi Steve,
this issue, of redirecting to the home page on submission of the preview page is usually related to sessions issues with the server configuration.
Please send over FTP and we will do a test on the server (without making other changes) to see if this is the issue here or not.
Thanks
Great! Write back if you need more help! 🙂
