Seems to be working now. Try clearing cache. Keys can be stored in the browser cache.
I can’t login, unknown username.
Divi has made some changes recently adding a Theme Builder.
Try creating the Search Archive with the theme builder feature.

Please share WP Admin credentials so we can check on the site:

“Show search suggestions with” and choose “Title” or none
I do not believe that the WP Welcome email is available to customize with GD or UsersWP.
I will ask the developers to confirm that.
Can you make a copy of your site to a staging/test site?
The conflict test is about diagnosing the issue.
You can try changing the theme to see if the issue is resolved, in which case we can take a look at the theme to see if it is something that can be fixed. Same for the plugins.
I’m not able to login to FTP
What needs be done is to disable GD via FTP
You should then be able to login
I recommend you then create a new admin user and disable or reset changes you made with the User Role Editor plugin.
A fresh admin should be able to login with GD enabled.
Once GD is enabled try visiting the settings and removing the “Subscriber” role from the Restrict WP Admin setting shown here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/general/
If you are using the User Role Editor then it makes it possible to assign the subscriber role to admins.
Please share site credentials and we will fix that up for you.

We have a solution for that, the GD Post Address element.
Do you have the shortcode builder? Here are instructions for using it with the Classic Editor:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
You can use that to make something like this:
[gd_post_address show="icon-value" address_template="%%zip%%, %%city%%"]
Or just use a widget or block, depending on where you want to display the address.
Please install this and activate it:

Let us know how it goes
We recommend this for changing city slugs:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/better-search-replace-plugin/3. Correct
4. Your custom CSS – I have commented this out/*account page desktop view width .sd .entry-content.sidebar-right { float: none; padding-right: 0%; }*/
Is it a normal WP Page used for the GD Search archive template?
Please share WP Admin credentials and FTP so we can look into the issue.
Thanks for reporting:
