That error is for the field above it “Address Latitude” .
Clear both fields, then drag the map pin and they will be filled with the correct information.
I am not sure then what the functional difference is when searching ‘nearby’ a given latlon that is near the center of the ‘groupOfTown’.
If there isn’t a difference, perhaps a form could be built to submit that query.

there isn’t any documentation, but the general idea is that there are elements that influence the layout. The page allows classes to be added to further target inline overrides on theme CSS.
Can you say more about what you are trying to achieve? If there is another issue, please just let us know how we can help and we will get to it. Did you need the left column wider? Are you using the right sidebar, then?
When you press export a text box should show with a JSON object that can be copied out.
CPT Listing pages do not show category top description.
Category listing pages will show category top decription or the category + location
Place listing pages are not category listing pages and will not display category tag.
That is produced by the Location Description Widget.
Removing the widget will remove the output.

This is ‘city’ and ‘region’ and ‘neighborhood’ generally speaking. Recreating the Multilocations functionality is non-trivial. That is why we are trying to get more details about what you are looking for, like, what should the ‘search form’ look like or the ‘search results page’ look like.

By default non-GD themes will show tags on the listing page unless hidden with CSS.
