Please make sure WP and the plugins are up to date and that cache is disabled.
You can provide FTP, too, in case it is needed.

please write back with your site details and we will check the settings for you.
Generally speaking, we do not recommend creating a custom field.
Instead, Geodirectory will automatically gather together listings that are in different countries based on their location on a map, and then show all those listings on pages.
You can start by adding a listing in each of the areas. If you have completed the basic setup, and added widgets to your home screen, then you should be able to see a map.
If you haven’t tried it already, you could test the Directory Starter theme that gies clear links to location pages.
