New users can't add new place listing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    To be really blunt; I’ve paid a lot of money to have an implemented, fully featured site and it’s frustrating as hell to be offered a limited function Beta to ‘test’ for you guys rather than getting on with what I need to get on with 🙁

    To be 100% fair, the problem is with your hosting provider, not with GeoDirectory. If you want to use V1, just force your hosting provider to fix sessions on your server, it is not something we can do on their behalf even if we wanted to.

    Ultimately if they don’t help, you can change server provider.

    Hi Ross,

    What is the current site we should check on?

    Please send over current login url and credentials and I will take a look.

    I can’t help you with the sessions issue, unfortunately, but I will check on the rest.

    Please make sure WP and the plugins are up to date and that cache is disabled.

    You can provide FTP, too, in case it is needed.
