Hello Jeff,
1. CPT selector
There are two existing options for this:
A. The author page as a list of links to “my listings”, one for each CPT
B. The #loginbox, which is also setup.
Beyond that we recommend UsersWP or it is customization.2. My listing map (and map toggle) not visible on mobile
I have seen this to be the case on your site and my demo and have made a note to look into this mor fully. Thanks for pointing it out, and for your patience while we work on a resolution. It may come after GDV2 when we work on a new version of Supreme that is also GDV2 compatible. Updates will be posted back to this topic.
3. Get rid of my account
This a a CSS fix, let us know if you need it.
Let me know if I missed something there!
There is an option available to use the settings at GD – Advanced Search
the redirect settings allow you to redirect the user to the site default location on first load.
Set the default location to where you want to center the map.

I took a look at the link you sent. You will most likely want to use a builder of some kind to put together those ‘layers’. Every builder seems to have different names for such thing: sections, rows, layers, elements, blocks, etc. The builder should allow you to put a custom layout into a page. Some builders are packaged with themes, too.
None of our themes have such functionality built into them, but our GD shortcodes will work inside pages created with a builder.
You could try one out, but we don’t recommend any builder in particular. We have some examples that we did with Beaver Builder, but that is only because they offer a free version, and we prefer to make examples with free plugins.
hope that helps!

There are now widgets in the home content section, so those are showing up on the GD Home page, which is at URL /gd-home/
As an example I also checked a location page, and that is showing correctly the widgets configured so far: /location/united-states/north-carolina/charlotte/
I do not know what you mean about the shortcodes. Pages set at GD – Permalinks are for templates, and shortcodes in the page/post content will be disregarded/ignored. Builders cannot and should not be used on the template pages.
The settings for the width of the home/location page is at GD – Design – Home – Width of home content section
This should not have a % sign in it, so that should be corrected.
I recommend you set titles for the widgets at WP – Appearance – Widgets – GD Home Content Section so you can see the labels in the frontend to verify they are working.
You do not have a page selected for your GD Home at
GD – Permalinks
Set that, and then re-save WP Permalinks at WP – Settings – Permalinks
Yoast sitemaps rebuild on their own once they have new data.
If there is still an issue, let us know.Hello,
you can try this custom CSS in GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS:
ul#menu-top-menu { margin-right: 100px !important; }This is a customization of the Supreme theme, and for more information about how to create and add custom CSS to your site, please see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Which snippet did you add? You can paste it back here and we can help find the issue.
You can also review this page for more details about how to customize the address:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/changing-the-layout-of-addresses/Hello!
Sorry you are having that issue!
However, when I visit the page for import listings on your site, I can select a file and upload.
Could it be your browser cache? Try clearing that and let us know how it goes.
If not, perhaps a browser plugin?
Hello!
Sorry to hear that there is a problem saving the settings.
In most cases this is due to one of the following issues:
1. Browser cache : clear the browser cache and try again
2. Plugin conflict : disable non-GD plugins and test the settings to see which is causing the issueWe would be happy to take a look at it for you. Please reply with the following information after you have attempted the solutions above.
Package title for the package you are trying to change:
WordPress Credentials
WP Admin Login URL:
WP Admin Username:
WP Admin Password:Hello!
Supreme Directory documentation is here;
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/Our demo sites change as we answer different use cases. However, all sites running GD work basically the same way. To setup the Location page, add widgets to the GD Home widget areas. The areas are as explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
On that particular demo, then, for the Home/Location widgets, the following:
GD > Popular Post View
GD > Event Listing
GD > Popular Locations
GD > GMap Home PageSo that it looks like in the screenshot below at WP – Appearance – Widgets
Hello!
It seems that Elementor is active on the GD Home page.
If a builder on the WP Front Page is needed, please create a different Page and set that as the WP Front Page at WordPress – Settings – Reading – Static Front Page
Generally, GD Pages, those pages that are linked at GD – Permalinks, should be arranged using widgets. Other page content will be disregarded, but, in some cases can interfere with the functioning of the plugin.
At this time it appears that there is still custom CSS, and that CSS is still being applied to the search bar. The CSS is not saved in the GD CSS at GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS. We recommend that in the future CSS applicable to GD elements be stored there so it is easy to find.
The CSS must be found, and then removed to restore the search bar ‘Near’ field.
the builder has a function to “regenerate CSS file”. Once the CSS is found, you can use the function to regenerate the CSS files.
The cache plugin in use is not a ‘known good’ cache plugin. When working on design issues for the site it can be a good idea to disable the cache.

This is not usually a GD issue, but we have come up with a few steps you can take to try to narrow down the problem.
First we recommend you install the “email log” plugin from wordpress.org
Activate that, and do your normal activities that generate email.
Then check the plugin log to see if those emails are being created by the site. If not, maybe it is a GD problem. If yes, then you will probably need to talk to your host or change configuration to meet your hosts criteria.
If you aren’t already, please consider:
Email sent from *@gmail.com will likely be considered as spam.
Your host may block email from all webmail providers
Even if sent, it may still end up in the spam folder. You can:
Install email log
change the GD Email to a domain email like [email protected]
– make that change at GD – General
Change your WP site email to a domain email
Change the email templates at GD – Notifications (especially the text “Website Enquiry”) -
