Hello,
when I test now I can say that the listing preview page is blank.
Yes, and we recommend UsersWP, which also gives you enhanced profiles in a fast, light plugin that comes with GeoDirectory integration, too

Can you confirm? Or let us know if there is still an issue.
Thanks
Hello,
Please login with the account used to purchase the addon so we can provide you with support for premium plugins.
You can use the price package options to exclude specific categories from the package.

Please provide additional information including the steps we can take to reproduce the issue.
Thanks

That sounds like it might be a Snippet, so you could try disabling those until you find the one causing the issue.
You can also check the settings for the website field at Place Settings – Custom Fields – Website
It appears to be effecting the twitter and facebook links as well.
Is this information stored in the listing itself?
Hello,
there is a “Screen options” tab at the top of the page, and inside that you can show the “custom fields” interface for the page and then enter your custom fields into the UI that appears.
It is the same tab that shows/hides the comment section and other utilities.

it looks like the theme’s sidebar and the GD Detail sidebar aren’t working together, and that there might be a problem with the widget areas.
Please provide FTP information so we can look into it further.
Hello,
If that feature has not been included in Kleo, it may not be possible for us to help you add it back in.
However, I have a guess, that, if they have removed it, it might be because Kleo assumes the use of Buddypress. You might make a suppor ticket with them and point out this snippet to show the buddypress profile pic (replacing the gravatar image).
Search on the following page for Buddypress profile image

I will flag your question for the developers, in case they have any ideas.
Hello,
I will flag your question for the developers, but I will also point out a snippet that can be used to change/substitute the category icon on the detail page.
If your objective is to show the same icon, you could then use the same icon for all category icons and then substitute another image for display as the category icon on the detail page.
One of the advantages of this approach is you can maintain all the image source code in one place making it easier to change them.
On this page, look for the header: Detail Page – Snippet to substitute different category icons on the Detail page
