    Hi,
    in my geodirectory the user’s section resp. the author’s page is completely empty, only shows the featured image (see screenshot attached).

    I am using the surpreme theme and already have deactivated installed plugins one by one to see, whether this might be the problem – but nothing has helped so far. I see on the forum that there already have been other users facing the same problem, but the explanations I found have not solved the problem.

    Hello,

    I am able to see the issue, and I also cannot see widgets showing up.

    Please provide FTP information so we can diagnose further.

    I have disabled GD Booster for the moment while diagnosis is happening.

    Hello,

    this was an issue related to PHP version, and has been fixed on your site. It will not be an issue with GDV2.

    Hi Alex,
    great! Thank you.
    On the documentation I cannot find an image of how an author’s page should or could look like.

    So is it correct that at first there are just some links to be seen (see attached image) and only when you click on one of them you come to the “real” dashboard with ‘my listings’ , ‘ my favorites’ , invoice history etc.?

    Anyway, thanks a lot for your help 🙂
