Make sure the totals are less than 100 and leave some padding between them.
To prove the point you can try 30 for sidebar and 50 for content.

Pages are set in GD – Permalinks
You can set your WP Front page at WP – Settings – Reading – Static Front Page
You might have more luck with Geo Travel Genesis theme, or a 3rd party theme that comes with a builder to make a custom Front page.
In your second SS, that looks like the sidebar. You can turn it off in GD – Design – Home

Of note it seems like widget logic wants the ‘name’ of the category, so, perhaps it should be “Accountants” instead of “accountants”.
You can use the Settings – Discussion – Users must be registered and logged in to comment option.

As Guust said, this is usually a plugin or theme conflict. You can also try changing themes to see if that addresses the issue. It can help greatly if you have a staging/test site where the issue can be diagnoses by disabling all non-GD plugins and switching to a base theme like twentyseventeen.
