Hello,
indeed I am unable to login.
Please disable all non-GD plugins in order, one by one, to identify the plugin that is causing this issue.
Hello, it shoudl be at the top of the list, there.
Be sure to have created a category first. If that doesn’t fix it, please send over the information below and someone from the support team will take a look.

We are unable to create a new key for you, but grabbing a new key that is properly authorized is just a couple clicks away. Login to the api console with the correct account, and then visit GD > Design > Map to create a new key.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
Right now there is a console error that basically means your site url is not one of the ones authorized to use that key. This should be an automatic fix if you choose to create a new key.
js:38 Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error Your site URL to be authorizedYou were also missing a category; to add a listing, a category is required, so I created the ‘general’ category.
February 22, 2018 at 10:06 pm in reply to: Search field not showing results for some searches #418837Hello,
About your question, searching FOR London will return listings that have the word london in the title or description. Searching ‘near’ london can return all the listings if you enable autocomplete, or it will return a portion of the listings, those within the default radius of the near search.

Awesome! Gad you got it working.
We can only provide support to users who have licenses for their premium addons.
The core feature you might be looking for is
GD > General > General tab > Allow user to see wp-admin area > yes/no
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-general/#general
That setting allows users to access the admin side and add posts using the admin bar if they have appropriate permissions.
To your questions, we can only provide premium support per our support policy. There aren’t settings available for this items.
Hello,
per our support policy we are only able to provide support for sites using the free plugin when they are not using premium addons.
To continue to receive support, please login with the account you used to purchase your premium plugins:

I can’t seem to stay logged in with those credentials at this moment.
Are you receiving other emails from the site?
That said, for email issues, please install the ’email log’ plugin and it will keep a record of what email is being sent. Then go back and do your test again, and let us know if the email is being recorded in the log.
Let us know what you find out and we can advise you on the next step.
Glad you got it working! Thanks for letting us know

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/widgets/#slider
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#sliderYou could create your own tab for the special message?
Then re-order the tabs?https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/
You could look into creating your own predefined field:
