To me the page looks fine! I am using Chrome on desktop.
Please try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.
You can also clear the site cache, if you have a cache plugin activated.
You will need GD Pricing Manager, but then only the Invoicing plugin and addons are needed.
Please post the logs for review

one of your plugins, perhaps you ad system, is interfering with the search.
Please try disabling non-GD plugins to find the one that is interfering with the search.
