Hello,
There is a button to ‘set as private reply’
Hello Marco,
yes, the options show up in the listings on the profile if you have BuddyPress or UsersWP installed and have set the “My Listings” link to direct there. If that setting is unchecked, then there is a special template page for “My Listings” where the links will show up.
The links increase load time, so they are not shown everywhere.
You have probably got it managed, but I will just point it out anyways that there is the setting in GD > General to either move Deleted listings to the trash or completely delete them. That setting is specifically to give you options to do something like recover a listing that an author deletes, and then change the owner/author if you choose.
Thanks for writing in with your question and feel free to open a new topic if you have more questions
January 13, 2018 at 11:39 pm in reply to: Search results – no records found and no categories displayed #412698Hello Joanna,
It is supposed to work the way you describe it.
Please make a private reply so our team can take a look at your settings and see if we can find the issue. Make sure to include the site URL and the page where you have the map.
Thanks
Hello again,
I discussed this a bit with the team. The images are stored in the GD Tables as relative links.
You could export the table, rebuild a list of links, and script a link checker for them. Once you know which are broken you could then set about with a find and replace in the db, again probably needing a custom script.
Only the featured images are stored in the media library, so 3rd party plugins could help with those featured images, but not the custom tables.
CSV export would be the easiest way to start checking them.
Those are the ideas we came up with in our discussion.
What do you think? Have you been able to figure out how it happened, or if there is a backup available?
Hi!
The stripe link on the plugin leads to the pricing manager where the integration with Invoicing is explained. We will take a look
https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/pricing-manager/
thanks for pointing that out!
Hello!
Found some CSS on your site that seems to be hiding the options.
Try to find and remove this custom code:
.geodir-entry-meta { display: none; }
Let us know how it goes!
Hello,
thanks for writing in with the updated details.
We will be able to take a look after the weekend.
Thanks for your patience

Hello Marco,
could you write back with WP Admin also, please?
Thanks
Hello Julieo,
You can make a listing, then put it under a free package.
Then notify the potential customer that the listing has been published.
You can allow them to claim it automatically if they use the same email to register as the email you have added to the listing.
When the person claims the listing, you can choose to force them to upgrade to a paid package.
Once they enter the checkout process an invoice will be created for them.Let us know if that doesn’t answer your question
Here is your previous topic, too

January 13, 2018 at 7:03 pm in reply to: German .po files for Directory Starter and Supreme Directory #412664Hello!
There are some good changes in WordPress 4.6 that allow us to place theme translations at:
/wp-content/languages/themes/Supreme-Directory-xx_XX.po/mo
/wp-content/languages/themes/my-theme-en_US.moThat will allow you to keep the files in place and safe from being overwritten during updates.
Hello Marius,
Those are correct, and of course UsersWP settings for minimum size is up to you. You can adjust the UsersWP size and width at UsersWP > Profile
It may be easier if you tell users that bigger is better, that 1400*788 is best, certainly!
To encourage better images I would use translation to make alter the field text to add additional instructions, if needed.
January 13, 2018 at 6:17 pm in reply to: Problems in the geodirectory plugin update in wordpress #412658Hello Pablo,
I was able to login and yes, I don’t see any fields listed.
I do see that your GD Addons are very out of date. Please update all your Addons.
Current versions can be found here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/
You will need to use FTP to login, delete the old plugin folders, and then upload the new plugins.
Be sure to update all of the Addons to the current version. Once updated, check again to see if your problem is resolved. If not, it is at this point you may want to explore the option of restoring a backup of your database.
