Problems in the geodirectory plugin update in wordpress

    I updated the plugin the wordpress geodirectory and all the configurations of the two types of generated categories have been eliminated. “Material Suppliers” and “Services and Professionals”

    I have tried to generate the configuration of the custom fields of the Material Provider upload forms again and I could not.

    Please revise.

    Hello Pablo,

    Please make a private reply with your site URL and WP Admin credentials so only our staff can see it. You may also want to edit your original post to remove your image which contains your site URL.

    We can then login and take a look at what’s happening

    Do you have a recent backup of the site? What plugin were you updating?

    Hello Pablo,

    I was able to login and yes, I don’t see any fields listed.

    I do see that your GD Addons are very out of date. Please update all your Addons.

    Current versions can be found here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

    You will need to use FTP to login, delete the old plugin folders, and then upload the new plugins.

    Be sure to update all of the Addons to the current version. Once updated, check again to see if your problem is resolved. If not, it is at this point you may want to explore the option of restoring a backup of your database.
