Yes, use the shortcode builder and you can set a limit for GD Categories as to how many parent and child categories are displayed.

What sorting are you looking for on the Location page?

If you create a sort in the CPT Settings you can then apply that to GD Listings. Open the Advanced options and you can select the same sort there.

If it is just one listing, then I recommend you restore the image if you can, of delete the broken link from the listing if you cannot.

The GD Post Directions element can be used in the Archive item or Details template. It will show a link to the lat/lon of the listing. When a user on mobile clicks it, it will ask them (intent) how they want to open it and they can choose their map app or the browser version of map apps.
