If you are seeing an error on selection of the file saying it is not a valid CSV file, that is a WP error that can be fixed as described here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#not-a-valid-csv-file
What error did you see ?
If we need to check the settings please provide WP Admin credentials in a private reply.

Regardless, if the site is having an issue, then this plugin solution would need to be launched from the site or require the site to be functioning in order to launch.
We can only work on site code or disable/enable plugins when we have FTP access.
Yes, that is the one
Hello,
it appears you have switched back from the previous setup. Previously all your recurring packages were deactivated.
Have you checked in your authorize.net settings? You should be able to see there if any subscriptions are expiring.
If you are running recurring packages, the only way they will have their status changed is with a notification from the gateway where the subscription is being handled.
January 9, 2020 at 11:23 am in reply to: Getting "Download failed. Unauthorized" after new update #524816No, that won’t work, because if the site has an issue we can’t get to the file system except through WP Admin.
Since you have FTP, try this fix here:

If you import a CSV that has a listing ID (first column) it means you want to update that listing, and so that setting needs to be checked.
Otherwise, if you want to make a new listing, then make sure the ID column is blank.
The file you just attached has a listing ID for the single row, so, yes, it will fail if you are trying to import a new listing because it already has an ID.
Column order matters for all imports through the GD import feature, yes.
I believe that is the page title.
Have you tried editing the page?Try this CSS:
/*GDV2 Custom CSS – Hide the Search For field in all GD Search Bars*/ .gd-search-input-wrapper.gd-search-field-search { display: none; }

Yes, you will need the Location Manager addon to add listings outside the default location.
The free plugin is for creating a city directory for one city.
The developers will take a look.
