That is not a built in feature, no. GD will hide fields from your listing owners based on price packages. Most advanced builders have settings to do that.
Thanks for reporting, we are looking into it!
You can easily create another Ninja Form to show on the page. Use any form like a contact form template, then add a hidden field to capture the URL. Use the GD Ninja Form widget to add it to the details page sidebar.
See the Ninja Forms docs for more about how Ninja Forms works:

I cannot think of how that would be related to UsersWP.
Please always make your own topics.
Thanks
Seems it only happens for logged out users, which usually means a cache issue.
The developers will take a look as soon as possible.
The page is protected and I could not register.
Please share a link and WP Admin credentials so we can check the settings.
Only locked fields remain the same. Try it out to see the option to lock the fields. If a field is locked it cannot be edited. If it us unlocked, it can be edited.
Leave the listing unclaimed and then a colleague can claim it.
Locked fields are the same for all child/franchise listings.

Add a new multiselect custom field, then, under options values add:

Thanks for reporting, the developers will look into it.
Please share WP Admin and FTP in case they need it for debugging.
I am not able to login, incorrect password.
Please try resetting your default location. Make sure all the fields are complete.
We can take a look at that; please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can see if it can be fixed with some CSS.
