Please setup a staging site where we can debug the issue.
On the staging site you should try to activate the most recently updated versions so we can take a look at the issue as it stands now.
Include the following credentials for the staging site so we can take a look and debug the problem.

Multiselect – it is not possible to restrict individual values in a multiselect from being chosen. It sounds to me like you would want to use a multiselect anyways, but with opt groups so the practitioners can choose the values that are applicable.

Try deactivating the license, refreshing the page, and then adding your license again to and activating it.

1. You receive a report at the end of importing listings with a count of successes/failures.
A. Every listing has an ID unique to your site
