WordPress will generate the ID automatically, sequentially.
It is not possible to generate the ID, it must be done by WP.
First you would disable the address from your CPT general settings.
Then on each template remove the map shortcode.
Then visit the tabs and remove the map.
That should do it.
Map pins are set based on lat lon, so, they must have the same lat lon. How that got there, I don’t know. Do you need help, or can you re-import them with the correct info?

GeoDirectory is for creating a city directory or selling listings (posts). The plugin you refer to seems very different and with very different functions.

Yes, I mentioned it to the developers and they are looking into it.
You should probably hide it with CSS until you can let us look at the settings. When the site is online, comment out the CSS and let us take a look at it to see if we can find a better way.

Do you have the option Renewal for free package checked?
That is in the Pricing tab
