I am unable to connect to FTP.

Sorting options do not apply to search results, only to the order of listings on the archive pages or in GD Listings.
Such a sort will first sort ALL listings by package ID, so, all package 123 will be first. Then, package 122.
Within the listings that are package ID 123, this subset will then be ordered by rating.
If that isn’t what you are seeing we can take a look, please share the WP Admin credentials in a private reply.
We have a page about performance here:

October 23, 2019 at 5:36 pm in reply to: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED #514459Hello,
I don’t think that can be changed, but I have asked the developers to look into it and let us know.
Thanks
October 23, 2019 at 5:31 pm in reply to: Front end form, address (location) doesn't change … #514458There is a setting in the Location Manager Options to disable the update of the address when the map/pin is moved.
It doesn’t look like you have that set, though. It is almost like the address is locking on purpose, but I have asked the developers to weigh in on the issue.
In case they need to take a look please post WP Admin credentials in a private reply.
Thanks

October 23, 2019 at 12:06 am in reply to: There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed… #514362That error usually appears when the folder for geodirectory is named something besides ‘geodirectory’.
Check that folder and rename it, if necessary.
If we need to check, please share all the following credentials in a private reply.
