you will need to create your own customization to hide the credits on the backend.
To be clear, your question was about the API. The developers have it on the roadmap for implementation.
If you are looking for a way to set the distance for the near search query using GD Search, you will need the Advanced Search addon, then visit the search tab to use “Search by Distance” in the advanced search options.
An update will be posted once the API for near search has been implemented.
Post status is a WP feature. You can try adding one record of each post_status on your site, then export to see the specific values.

Sorry, that isn’t possible. To switch to an annual you will be issued new keys, yes.
However, nowadays we have the single membership key, which can be used in place of separate keys.
