Hello,
try adjusting the default location a bit by dragging the map pin a few meters, and then re-save. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can check the settings.
When you make a support request you can make it possible for us to help you as quickly as possible by always following up on your new topic with an immediate private reply that includes all the access info we may need to login and debug an issue on your site.
You don’t have to do this, but it can save a couple of email exchanges.
Try posting them in the following format so they are easy to read and find in the topic:
WordPress Administrator Account Credentials
WP Admin Login URL:
Username:
Password:SFTP / FTP Credentials
Host URL:
Port:
Username:
Password:Also, when you are working on the site it helps greatly to disable security and cache plugins. You should disable cache anyways if you are making changes to the site and want to see the results on the public side.

Yes, you will need to use the shortcode builder to enable additional options.
Each GD Listing element can display one post type at a time, so you will need one GD Listings element for each post type that you want to display.
When you use the shortcode builder you can click the blue button to access advanced settings including the option to specify your specific desired post type.

I have taken this up as a suggestion and will share it with our development team to see whether we can work on this in the near future.
Please feel free to make a new topic if you need help with anything else.

This looks like a style rule for links. Check your custom CSS for line-height. It looks like

October 11, 2019 at 3:02 pm in reply to: Bug when modifying streetview images into the video field #512656Hello,
Is the field key ‘video’ or something else?
GDV2 has a predefined field called ‘video’ with key ‘video’ that should have the “Embed media” option enabled.
You can read more about textareas, embedded media, and allowing iFrames here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#textarea
Whichever field you are using, if they aren’t behaving as expected please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply and we will check it out. Please specify which CPT, which field, and what steps we should take to recreate the odd behavior.
Hello,
You can find our example CSS to hide the categories in the GeoDirectory single template here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/themes/supreme/#css-singleOn that same page you can find two examples for customizing the SD Detail Info section, that header. Changing that section requires customization.
If you want make your own header using GD Shortcodes by switching the GD Details template to “Default” or “Full Width”.
1. Yes, you can remove GD Loop Paging if you want to use the theme paging, or hide the theme paging with CSS.
2. I have flagged this for the developers, they will take a look at the CSS for that and put in a fix, thank you for reporting the issue.
For the developers, open the advanced search at the link above to see the search option list items are showing a disc.
Excellent!
Yes, you can remove the default and make a new tab using the shortcode option. Guide for that is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/maps/#tab
