sorry if I misunderstood.
When you said “display” I thought you meant show a list of franchises on the parent profile, and one way to do that is with the tabs.
To display a link to add a franchise, just add GD Author Actions as a widget to the details page sidebar. If the listing has checked “Has Franchises” then the author actions links will include “Add franchise”
To find your tickets click on your name under your pic and then Topics Started.

You must use Open or Libre office to edit, other editors leave artifacts in the file and cause errors on import.
You can post a copy of a sample export and the file you are trying to import so we can take a look. Make sure to zip the file first before upload.

GD doesn’t have individual meta fields for listings. GD has settings for patterns for them, only. There isn’t a way to export those as they are dynamically generated.
You will want to be looking to your SEO plugin for a solution.1 & 2 These are not possible without a customization that falls outside of support.
We have received interest in these features in the past and I Have taken your request as a suggestion and passed it on to the developers to see if it is something we can work on for a future version.
Clusters only show when they hit the threshold in the settings, and that threshold is always greater than one/1.

Perhaps you have network activated GeoDirectory.
If so, Network Deactivate, and activate again on the subsite.If not, try reinstalling.
