GeoDirectory doesn’t contain any login or registration related features.
If you are using UsersWP you can review the options under the settings for the registration page at:
WP Backend – UsersWP – Registration
For more support for UsersWP please post to https://userswp.io/support/
Thanks
No, but please check out the API docs here for example responses: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/api/

Please add WP Admin access so we can take a look.
Is Location Manager installed on the site? Usually we see this error when it is not installed but should be.

I took a look at the site and the CPT Archive and Archive category pages and they look ok to me.
Please send a URL and say more about the specific issue on the page so we can understand the issue.

September 19, 2019 at 7:19 am in reply to: No one can add listings I get, Error: No Cart has been setup to accept payments. #509088You can remove the package field from the CPT. Click on it to open the properties and then select ‘remove’ or set it for “Admin only” so it does not show on the frontend.
I have taken up this idea as a suggestion, and the developers will review it for future versions.
Thank you for the feedback, I have taken it up as a suggestion for the developers to review.
Hello,
We are looking into this now.
September 18, 2019 at 7:58 pm in reply to: No one can add listings I get, Error: No Cart has been setup to accept payments. #509029If you have the Pricing Manager installed you will need a cart.
If all your listings are free, why not just remove Pricing Manager addon?
Hello,
the Near field will search zip codes. Have you tried it?
You can certainly add a custom field for zip to show them in search.
You could also use Neighbourhoods as zip codes.
Are all your listings in one country?
If so you can add the country name to the setting in
GD – Settings – General – Search – Show advanced
Hello,
are you using OpenStreetMap or Google Maps API?
Whichever you are using, try the other one and see if the results are more along the lines of what you need.
The data comes from the API, GeoDirectory is only providing an interface for query, storage, and use.
That said, of course it’s important that you get good results so try both.
After you do write back with what you found and share a few full address examples so we can better understand the issue.
The whole tab is “Custom Fields”.
That section is for when a developer adds a new predefined customizaed field.
It is not possible to save and re-use custom fields.
See: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/cloning-exporting-importing-templating-cpt-custom-fields/
It could be that you have a different key installed with another plugin, one that is not setup correctly/fully.
Glad you got them updated.
Please make a new topic for any new issue you want to report.
Thanks
Best thing to do is to make sure you have a page on your site where you can easily access the shortcode builder. Save that page and go back to it whenever you want to make a new shortcode.
Every option or possible parameter is inside the builder, or within the widgets, but if you have questions about a param, you can hold your cursor over the question mark and usually find a tooltip with more information about it.
If that still isn’t enough then of course write in and ask a question about it.
