The details template is a WP Page used by GD to control the output of the main details page for a listing. You can change edit that WP page and choose a different template. Currently it is set to “Default” – change it to full width, for example, to remove the details list header.
If that is not the header you mean, then please share a screenshot so we can provide advice.

Yes, that is the edit form. That is what the account page does, allow you to edit the user information.
It is no possible to hide/exclude the field, that is what I mean.
The idea that the field could/ought to be able to be hidden/excluded via package.

If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials and the URL of a listing so we know which CPT is having the problem.
Please share WP Admin and login URL, plus the URL of a page where we can see the issue.
Does this happen on all new listings now, or are new listings getting the correct address?

When using Elementor you will need Elementor Pro, and to create a theme builder layout, a single applied to the CPT (Places) of your choice.

There is not, at the present time, an integration for GD to subscribe users/reviewers to an email list.
However, there is a UsersWP addon to add new user registrations to Mailchimp.
You would need to translate WordPress itself or use a 3rdparty plugin to change the values.
