    Hello,

I am reading the documentation about Claim Listing:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/

I can not find the “CPT Settings – Packages – Advanced – Features – Exclude Fields from Display” neither “CPT Settings – Packages – Advanced – Claim Listing – Claim Packages” as per the documentation (screenshot attached).

I enclose an screenshot of what I see in “CPT Settings – Packages”. No “Advanced” anywhere.

    Can you help?

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you very much once again for your help.

    Best regards.

When you edit the package, then you can see the blue button to reveal the advanced options.

    Hi Alex,

Ah! Ok. I was confused by the documentation writing and I was looking for another Advanced Options button in the Packages list.

Thank you very much once again for your help.

    Best regards.

    Hi Alex,

I am still confused with the documentation about Claim Listing:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/

I am trying to untick the box “Mark listing as a claimed” in my test GD listing, just to check if the “claim listing” option appears when displaying the listing.

But after saving, the box appears ticked again. I tried several times and there is no way to untick the box.

What could I be doing wrong or misunderstanding?

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you very much once again for your help.

    Best regards.

You can check the default value, make sure it is not set to checked?

If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials and the URL of a listing so we know which CPT is having the problem.

You can use either GD Post Claim or GD Ninja Forms.

If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials

    Hi Alex,

It is late, I am tired and I did not a second read of the documentation before writing the previous comment.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/

Please, accept my apologies for that.

I hope to be able to make it work.

Thank you very much once again for your help.

    Best regards.

You are not using the Ninja Form for claim, but the GD Post Claim widget, so it would be translated with the PO file for the GD Claim Manager Addon.

For the GD Ninja Forms widget, yes, if the user is not logged in they will be shown the login/register links, that is the expected behavior.

    Hi Alex,

Thank you very much for your reply.

    Ok, understood.

I tested the GD Ninja Forms widget and I confirmed that it shows the translated Ninja Forms form. However, if the user is not logged in, only a message “You must login to claim, please login first” without active links is shown, not the login/register links. It would be much more useful and I would use it if these links are shown, but by now I prefer to use the GD Post Claim widget (then I will have to translate its form).

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you very much once again for your help.

    Best regards.

Ninja Forms have advanced options for logged in/out users. Check under Form -> Advanced -> Restrictions.

Please refer to the Ninja Forms docs for more info.
