July 23, 2019 at 1:23 am in reply to: Custom field not searchable? (Search not working in custom field content) #498996The first ‘search for’ field only search title/description/tags/categories. Are you entering the zip codes in one of those fields?
If not then you will need to add your field to the advanced search options. Did you do that?
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials and the site URL in a private reply
Could it be in your spam folder?
Try installing the ’email log’ plugin from wordpress.org to track all emails being created in the site and see if the email is being created and correctly.
Let us know what you find and if we need to check the settings include WP Admin credentials and your site URL in a private reply.
July 23, 2019 at 1:17 am in reply to: Modifying the output of class-geodir-widget-post-title.php #498994You can customize just that widget, that might be your best bet if you don’t want to go further and create a new listing-listview.php (now called content-listing.php)
Certainly, please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply and we will look into the issue. Also please list any steps we need to take to recreate the issue. FTP may also be needed for debugging.
Hello,
To edit the Hero area of the Whoop home page, go to the page and click the edit button, then change the settings in the Hero Area Settings on the right hand side. In those settings you can choose which listings to feature.
`Only one category is present at one time.
We usually recommend the use of widget logic, which uses WP conditional tags.

Try that and let us know if it works for you.Hello,
If you run into the problem again, please let us know and we will take a look.
With GeoDirectory visitors add the required listing info first, submit it, and then proceed to pay. They can come back later to edit the listing and fill in the rest of the details.
That is not possible at this time. What you describe is a category.
One unique feature of GDV2, compared to GDV1, is that selecting any child category will automatically place a listing in the parent category. Consider adding additional categories to suit your needs.
Tags can be limited with the package settings to 1 character max. We are still considering additional improvements to tags for the future and will keep your request in mind.

GD – Settings – Location – Cities – Selected Cities

Just activate the package again to edit and save the listing.
The developers are working on a new feature to address this. No timeline for that yet, but it shouldn’t be too long. I will flag your topic so they can post an update when it is ready.
Hello,
I logged in and I see you also have Anti-Spam bee, just as in the topic you referenced.
Try disabling that, and clearing all cache.
