GD doesn’t have an option for that at this time. I will flag your question for the developers to consider adding a feature like that.

Try using a plugin like Better Search Replace to change the URLs
If you have setup a referrer rule for the API that may cause an issue but currently the API is not throwing an error.

Sorry, no, there is not a way to skip individual ratings but I will add your idea. It makes sense for a restaurant where the visitor didn’t try dessert, for example.
