GD Post Meta can do the post id.
Use the shortcode builder to make a new gd add listing shortcode. Use the blue button to see the advanced options, including register and login links.
You need to build your own URL that contains what you need.
You can get a developer to do it or try it yourself.

Hello,
I recommend you try disabling your custom CSS to see what is causing that effect.
They may work together and you may run into conflicts.
You will probably want to disable some of the options in one or the other so that only one is taking over the /author/ pages.

You can add a second email field and use that. The email field is hidden and cannot be shown without a customization.
Upgrade to GDV2 to show the email field.

It isn’t possible to force the WP Post ID with out importer or WP All Import.
The developers always review popular ideas and consider adding them.
