It must be configured for each CPT in the CPT settings.
If you did and it still isn’t working, do share credentials and we will take a look.
You can certainly provide a link in your menu to the city location page like mysite.com/location/country/region/city
If you have GD Search on the location page then it will show up like you show in your photo.
