Did you click on the getting started link shown in your screenshot? Oh, here it is:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/As per our doc here, you will need to update GDV1 shortcodes into GDV2 shortcodes.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/For examples for a front page see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/front/
You could clone your site to another host, like Cloudways (or 95% of other hosts), do your import, then clone back.

Hi,
You are using the free plugin which is for building a directory in one city. You will need the location manager addon to add or edit listings outside the default location.

This reply has been marked as private. You can try adjusting the search radius settings in the Search tab settings
GD – Settings – SearchThe search is measuring from the center of Ohio.
We recommend UsersWP. You can read more about the subject here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/The developers have been alerted.
If you can share FTP for debugging we would be grateful.GDV2 doesn’t have widget areas. Instead it has templates, and you organize shortcodes in the templates sort of like you organized widgets in the widget areas in V1.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/details/
Also, V2 widgets have settings so you can choose which pages to display.
You can still create PHP templates: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/#templates
20056 has new options for GD Post images. Once you upgrade go ahead and try adding a new GD Post images there and try the option for contain (and remove your custom CSS or comment it out).
